Overview:

First and foremost, we are looking for someone who is naturally drawn to computers yet still has strong communications skills to carry themselves well with customers. We would like to find someone that prides themselves on being a well-rounded candidate. In addition, they should possess strong problem solving skills.

Job Details:

This position will be the first line of support for Savance's two leading software products, EIOBoard and OrderSavant. In addition, Savance handles many clients entire IT infrastructure from planning to upgrades to day-to-day issues with client PCs and servers. As such, this role will also be responsible for working with these clients in all those different facets. You will also be responsible for improving on our knowledgebase, reporting software issues and ensuring they are addressed if they are tied to a support case, and giving customer feedback to help shape our product. Providing great customer service is what sets Savance apart – so the ability to hold to those standards is an important aspect of the job.

$40,000 - $45,000 plus benefits, negotiable based on experience
