Features

  • Critical Purchasing - eliminates the need to manually type in all the items for an order. You have the option to combine different stock, orders, or backorders. You also get the choice to pick by vendor.  Your central purchasing department can quickly create an RFQ and instantly convert it to a PO in seconds.  Having all your vendor information with emails and contacts, you can quickly fill out POs, saving yourself hours in your purchasing department.
  • Communication Links - allows the Purchasing and Inventory Management to work together in tandem, in essence, the Inventory Management module communicates with the Purchasing module.  You will know what to order based on your usage, what your ideal stock levels are, what you current levels are, and everything feeds back into purchasing module.
  • Easy RFQ - a streamlined sales process that allows you to quickly generate RFQs from a quote.  The process consists of creating a quote, sending out multiple RFQs, creating POs, and finally sending a professional looking quote to the customer in a matter of minutes.  It also gives you complete traceability throughout the entire process. You can answer some of the important questions, "Where did all the RFQs leave off"? and "Who worked on the RFQ"?
  • Inline PO - the ability to create a PO during order entry by doing it as direct, by line item PO now, or line item directs  It will spawn off linked POs, and as those PO are received, they will automatically tie back to the order.
  • Item Terns - allows you to purchase accurately on the number of terns for an item and allows you to always keep your inventory stocked.
  • Leed Time - it takes into consideration what the order lead time is, and when it needs to be ordered to account for the correct suggested stock levels.
  • Min/Max Reordering  - ability to see stock levels, set min and max levels, and recommend reorder quantities from the OrderGrid. You will never run out so you don't lose business.
  • Suggestive Purchasing - suggests the correct stock levels by comparing past customer order amounts.   It tracks your customer's buying habits, and shows you that you need to keep X amount of items in stock because that is the amount sold to customers over the past 6 months.
  • Vendor Management - if you have an order entry system through your vendor, we can store recent POs for that vendor and all the vendor's details; terms, last payments made, and more.  It will also save the vendor's website address and automatically use the suggested username and password associated with it.
