TypeAhead
Are you retyping the same information and always finding mistakes and variations? With TypeAhead, you only have to type information into the system once and next time it will automatically fill in the rest. You will be able fill in quotes, orders, and other documents in seconds while reducing the amount of typing errors. Typing an account name, contact name, and many more, we leverage type-ahead anywhere possible.
Cut Copy Paste
OrderSavant's Cut Copy Paste allows you to quickly enter items in any order with the ability to cut, copy, and paste cells on the order grid to or from any windows application including Excel.
Copy from Excel
Right from an Excel document, you can copy an entire spreadsheet of items onto the order grid. Never again do you have to spend hours retyping items that you have electronically. You can even take advantage of OCR programs to take this one step further by taking hard copies, scanning them, and then bringing them into OrderSavant's OrderGrid!
AutoFind
When this user-defined feature is enabled, you can type in a close match to the part number and let AutoFind expedite your search by choosing the best-matched item. If an exact part is not found, it will bring up a list of matching parts.
In-line Changes
Quickly make changes to a quote in a matter of seconds; inserting rows, moving items, copying items, adding subtotals, and more.
Comment Picker
In the comment block, you can double click to bring up a configurable list of comments. Quickly pick from a list of user or global defined comments that will carry with the quote or order speeding up the quoting and ordering process.
Multiple Windows
